Coach Fuentes is entering his 4th season with the Deer after a few years at Deer Park Jr. High and Deepwater Jr. High. Rene graduated from Pasadena High School and later received his BS in Education from the University of Houston. He enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with family. Coach Fuentes believes in the words of Lou Holtz, “If what you did YESTERDAY seems big, you haven’t done anything TODAY.”
